1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MileageStack ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

MileageStack is operated by B M Jones Company, Inc.

2. Description of Service

MileageStack is an independent analytics platform that allows users to upload and analyze airline loyalty activity data.

MileageStack:

• Does not connect to airline systems
• Does not access airline accounts
• Does not store airline login credentials
• Does not collect airline account numbers

The Service provides estimates and analytics based solely on user-submitted data and publicly available earning rules.

MileageStack is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by American Airlines® or the AAdvantage® program.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use MileageStack, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use MileageStack only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

• Attempt to access airline systems or misrepresent affiliation with airlines
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use automated scraping or data harvesting tools
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on MileageStack, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of B M Jones Company, Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without explicit written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

MileageStack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall B M Jones Company, Inc. or MileageStack be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or profits.

The Service provides estimates based on user data and publicly available rules. MileageStack does not guarantee accuracy and is not responsible for errors in calculations or estimates.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful activity. Termination may result in deletion of your account and associated data.

8. Third-Party Services

MileageStack uses third-party services including Stripe for payment processing. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party providers. Review their terms and privacy policies separately.

9. Disclaimer of Affiliation

MileageStack is an independent tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with American Airlines, Inc., the AAdvantage® program, or any airline.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Cameron County, Texas.
