MileageStack offers the following subscription options:
All subscriptions are billed in advance. Pricing is subject to change, but changes will not affect an active billing period.
MileageStack may offer a 7-day free trial for new users.
No charge will be applied during the trial period.
At the end of the trial, the selected subscription plan will automatically begin unless canceled prior to expiration.
Only one free trial is permitted per user.
MileageStack reserves the right to terminate trial access if abuse is detected.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to renewal.
By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing through Stripe.
Users are responsible for managing cancellations through their account settings.
MileageStack accepts payment via credit card and debit card through Stripe. We do not store full payment card details on our servers. All payment processing is encrypted and complies with PCI-DSS standards.
We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. If you cancel your subscription, access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion for billing errors or service failures. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the charge.
You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time through your account dashboard.
Plan upgrades are effective immediately, with prorated charges for the remainder of the billing period.
Plan downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing period. Access continues until the end date.
If a payment fails, Stripe will attempt to retry the charge within the next few days. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be suspended.
You will be notified via email of payment failures and given the opportunity to update your payment method.
Subscription prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. Sales tax, VAT, GST, or other applicable taxes will be added based on your billing address and jurisdiction.
If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact support immediately at support@mileagestack.com.
Initiating a chargeback with your bank without contacting us first may result in suspension or termination of your account.
